轉讓醫學研究院的情況

研究院屬于停辦行業，在2018年2月份，北京停止了所有研究院的審批，之后一段時間研究院轉讓價格一路飆升，停辦的資源數量自然是越來越少，之后價格越來越高也是必然趨勢。
